The prices vary from $30,000.00 for a small studio to $140,000.00 for a big luxury apartment in a very good part of the city or at the seaside with a great view and all conveniences and building standards. It is for sure that the prices will rise and in two years or so the property in Bulgaria will achieve the European prices regarding real estate market.
